I show face A. Because it's way easier to gain followers/likes/views/subscribers (all in the long run mean $) [...] and B. I don't have a career/reputation outside of this to protect. [...] That being said, do prepare for the possibility of people finding out even with proper precautions.

I started showing (my real) face on Reddit and social media just over a month ago and I’ve already been recognised twice. [...] For me it was because the financial pay-off has been incredible. However, if you’re in a position where you being recognised could mean losing your career or ruining relationships, I’d strongly reconsider.

Initially started all promo faceless hoping I could get away with it. Personally, I couldn’t make it work and showing my face seems to be the big money maker. Definitely more with face. Tried without face, I reached barely 1% and didn't maintain that for long. Tried a new one with face, started a few months ago and I'm 0.38% already.

For me, it was the best ever decision. It gave me so much confidence and meant I took control over my content. I've taken it from for fun to full-time viable business. It's a very personal thing though, obviously.

I switched to showing face after 10 months and it has definitely helped me grow a lot! Promotion is also a lot easier for me now too which is a huge plus. You could always do a poll on your OF page! I did one and I only had one subscriber choose the option 'I'd prefer you stay no-face, I like the mystery'.

[...] the best move is to just paywall face content and use it as an extra incentive to subscribe to your OnlyFans, as you've suggested. Usually it does result in a sustained increase in social media interaction to subscriber turnover. It is relative to how big your following/reach is, of course.

I started faceless last year, and introduced a tier showing my face in January of this year. It’s been wildly successful (more than 40% of my paying subs are at the higher tier, $24.99/mo). I still promote faceless everywhere, but the lure of seeing my face makes for great marketing.

I one day just got tired of editing my face out of everything and having to restrict my angles to not show face [...] It makes more money in the sense that it opens up the amount of different content I can make without having to waste time editing.

I started faceless and introduced a VIP tier after a year showing my face, and 100% I’ve made more money showing face. Half of my paid subs are on that tier now ($7.99 intro price faceless tier and $24.99 face tier).

I started faceless and did quite well but do a lot better now I show it. My advice is if you are unsure, start faceless and you can always change but can’t really go the other way as it’s impossible to delete the digital footprint.
